Our Help turnaround is fairly quick but if you haven't heard back within 24-48 hours you may submit your query again.

PLEASE NOTE

Blotanical is currently undergoing a major update which requires a ton of time to be dedicated to it. While I still aim to assist members, the Help Desk will now only cater for questions that seriously affect a member's usage of this site.

Therefore, queries that;

• point out minor problems,
• seek some clarification on site features
• only affect a single user

will no longer be answered.

I apologise for the inconvenience but would point you instead to engage with the community of garden bloggers that already exist on this site who may already be able to answer some of your questions.
